Hello, I'm Harriet...
My goal is to help you feel calmer, more in control, and more like yourself again. When your mind is constantly busy - overthinking, worrying, or feeling on edge - it can start to affect everything from your sleep to your confidence and day-to-day life.

I use a solution-focused approach, which means we gently move your attention away from the problem and towards how you want to feel instead. Rather than going over things in detail from the past, we focus on helping your mind begin to settle, so that change can happen more naturally and comfortably.

Hypnotherapy works by allowing your mind to enter a deeply relaxed state - similar to that feeling just before you fall asleep. In this state, your mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions, helping to quieten the constant noise of overthinking and reduce the stress response.

Over time, this helps your brain begin to form new, calmer patterns - so you can respond to situations in a more balanced way, feel more in control, and find it easier to switch off and relax.
