1hr Initial Consultation & MP3 

We will discuss what you would like to achieve through our work together and I will share with you invaluable information about how the brain works.  This session alone can be life changing.  You will also receive a digital download to listen to every night before you go to sleep.

Single Session

Each single sessions is one hour long and includes talking therapy, goal oriented focus and questions followed by half an hour of trance work.

6 Session Plan

Depending on what we discuss in your initial phone call and consultation this might be the perfect plan for you.  We can then assess whether further sessions are needed afterwards,  Each session is one hour long.

3 Session Phobia Plan

If you are coming to see me for a specific phobia then this is the plan for you.  We will discuss your phobia in your initial phone call to make sure it is a simple enough phobia for just 3 sessions.  More complex phobias may need more, for example claustrophobia.

Quit Smoking Session (1.5 hr)

This is a one hour session to finally rid you of your smoking or vaping habit and allow you to live a longer and healthier life.  We will have an initial phone call just to make sure that you are passionate about giving up and that you don't have too much stress or anxiety in your life which may require a few sessions to get you to a place where you can successfully stop.

Relaxation Trance (30 mins)

The difference that a regular 30 minute hypnotherapy session can make to your life and your ability to cope with your day to day living is phenomenal.  In this thirty minutes you will just lay back and relax and let the hypnotherapy work it's magic!
